We only charge a nominal fee to list on epicyosemite.com to cover the time it takes for onboarding, which can vary depending on several factors:
Once onboarding is complete, there will be no recurring fees. You will only be charged a commission for successful bookings made on epicyosemite.com.
Yes. Owners and Property Managers have 100% control of dates available for guests to rent out and can block dates and use their property whenever they choose.
We are open to listing all sorts of properties, from traditional single family homes, to luxury villas, to Tiny Homes, to Farms and Ranch properties.
You or your Property Manager will continue to manage all guest inquiries, booking confirmations, and support prior to, during, and after each stay.
Absolutely. Owners and Property Managers maintain flexibility to enjoy their property whenever they wish. We will not cancel an existing guest booking, however, unless under special circumstances.
Once onboarding is complete and the property is ready, listings can be launched quickly. Preparation work may include all or some of the following:
– Landscaping clean up
– Walk through by our cleaning team
– Supplies inventory
– Fresh, professional photos
We will set up your own payment processor account to directly take payments for bookings sold on epicyosemite.com. We will not touch the money flow for bookings made for your properties and will send an invoice for the commissions and fees (if applicable).
